What Gatherlane stores
We store your project settings, submitted ideas, comments, votes, and published updates. Signed-in account identifiers establish project ownership. Your display name can appear with contributions; your account identifier is not shown publicly.
What other people can see
Board content is visible to people who can access that board under the site's sharing settings. Avoid posting passwords, sensitive personal data, or information you don't want that audience to read. Project owners can change idea status and close requests.
Necessary cookies
Anonymous visitors receive a necessary session cookie to remember votes and a demo workspace. It expires after 90 days. Clearing it can remove access to that anonymous demo. Hosted sign-in also uses cookies managed by the hosting platform.
How data is used
Data is used to provide boards, enforce ownership, remember votes, and operate the service. Gatherlane does not include advertising trackers or send your feedback to an AI model. Data is hosted using Sites and its Cloudflare-backed storage.
Retention and requests
Saved content remains available while the project is maintained. The beta does not promise an automatic deletion schedule. For questions about your content, contact the project owner through the contact channel they provided when sharing the board.
